I’ve spent the last several years doing inner work to excavate the truest, highest version of myself. 

From a young age I dream of escape, I don’ t like stereotypes and rules than trapped humans in molds. I want to fly free and look down at the world to see colors and shapes, to hear the air, the waves of the sea, the chirping of birds to smell the wet soil and the fragrance of the flowers, to feel the love of love, the melodies of the heart, at beat. 

In 2013, I embraced Silence Returned to be grateful for. In 2021 it was time to confront the hard questions that come alongside breaking free from my past in order to rebuild from the ground up – questions of security, community and self care.
